I've tried several times to set up a time to receive a call from one of their providers only to have to cancel in fear of them not contacting me anyhow. It states they understand how valuable your time is but apparently not when they can't handle the simple task of making a scheduled phone call and time. Thought this would be something beneficial for myself and others that struggle from migraines yet to only be highly disappointed. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB and I have done so. Update I didn't fail at making any appointments or sitting by my phone waiting for a call as stated I'll deal with my PCP from now on and I won't be making any calls to explain why I left the review I did. I feel it's fairly obvious.

Do not sign up for any studies here I went through all of their stuff through their phone calls they signed me up for a study they had me take off work drive 30 miles from my home in Bolivar down here stay in their office for 2 hours they strip me naked took my way and then said that I had to be fasting but they didn't tell me before because they didn't know so they're actually not going to pay me. I'm out the money from taking off work I'm out the money for my time for coming down here I'm out to gas for driving down do not do business with this company I'm contacting my lawyer to file suit today.

The first of the month I called and was told I qualified for a study and made an appointment for later in the month. I show up for my appointment only to be told I didnt have an appointment, I didnt qualify, and I must have them mixed up with another research company. Really? When I showed them the text I got with the appointment time/place they said it must have been a mistake as they had no record of it.. Sorry. If this is how the front office is ran I'm not convinced I would ever trust my health to them.

Happy to participate, I was going to get the new Covid shot anyway. Staff was very professional, helpful, reimbursement was very generous. I had no significant side effects from my shots, slight pain in one arm as you might any shot. I'd do it again.

I have had trouble managing my diabetes for sometime. When I noticed a Facebook notification about a new clinical study for diabetes, I thought maybe it would help me and others like myself. From the beginning, everyone was very interested and cared as to what was going on with me. Understanding about how my job was affecting my blood sugars and giving me advice. The experimental insulin I was receiving was effective and I noticed a change in the stability of my glucose levels. Thank You Clinvest.
