I got to use one of these at my Doctor's office recently. The hardest thing was getting my license out of my wallet!

It's by far the most advanced check in system I have seen. It's private, fast and easy to use. I was able to check-in in about 1 minute for my doctors visit, compared to 5 minutes when I check in anywhere else.

Finally Doctors are getting more advanced with tech stuff outside of the operating room

We recently installed 2 Clearwave kiosks at our ophthalmic center to assist with patient check in. Super smooth transition for both patients and staff. Clearwave supported us during the entire set up process, making sure we did not have any surprises after installation. All support requests are responded to immediately and the communication between the technical team and the clinic is fantastic. The kiosks have helped us to get more accurate information from our patients and allows staff to spend more time working directly with patients.

I emailed support for help logging in. I had forgotten my password and the secret question. Their Director of Customer Experience, Lindsey Jerome not only wasn't helpful, but was very rude. Telling me multiple times to click on buttons that weren't there. Even when I sent screen shots showing what I saw, they still insisting that I was wrong. I said I felt about the lack of service and receive a "THUMBS UP"! I hope my doctor's practice switches to a company.

Clearwave excels at providing patient registration kiosks here at The Eye Care Institute in Louisville, KY. Our average check-in time is 2 minutes 40 seconds, over 30% of our patients use the mobile check in option and the percentage of patients who default to manual check in is considerably below 1%. Clearwave suggested we have 1 kiosk for every 50 patients per day and that is more than adequate (we could probably have 1 kiosk for every 75 patients). Most importantly, as the first Clearwave user with Nextech as the PM, I was concerned about software integration; however, Clearwave met all deadlines and kept all promises, making software integration so easy! Clearwave has exceeded all expectations.

As an employee in an office that uses the Clearwave kiosk, I am NOT a fan! The system is constantly having issues or freezing up or not communicating with our other programs the way it is intended to do. It doesn't affect the patients checking in on the kiosk, but its a pain for those of us working behind the desk.

If you agree to this your medical information may be available to anyone willing to ask or pay.
