Great customer service and product. We have ordered custom ball caps for our company a couple of times due to a great price/product. This past order the hats were on back order quite a ways out (as everything is right now) and Tarra/Dennis contacted the print shop and expedited the shipping to, not only meet but exceed our deadline. Customer service like this is hard to come by but not with this company! THANK YOU!!!

WOW. Ordered 30 DTF transfers from them and 6 of another design. They mixed them up and sent me 6 of the 30 and 30 of the 6. Ok, no problem. My job isn't due for 2 days. I call them and let them know I NEED them by Friday (this was Weds morning). They said no problem. Got new tracking number and it says it will be delivered Monday.

Called and asked them to fix this as my guy said it could be fixed.

They claimed to have tried but were told they couldn't. This is not true.

They also said they only ship ground because I initially paid only for ground. But I didn't pay for ground on incorrect product. When you make a mistake you own it and you make it right by making the customer whole!

I will be losing a customer over this and they will not have shirts for their event this week because of ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service.

Do NOT recommend!

I had been trying to find quality face masks for our employees, I found not only a quality mask that had a good fit, made well, and quality fabrics, but it was at a cost that was superior than my other sources, plus I didn't have to wait until June for restocking. I received my order about a week early, the screen print on the masks was excellent. Then I noticed another box, I had ordered black masks with a white print, but there was another box of blue face masks, at first I thought my order was wrong, but I discovered that I had my complete order, but i had another box of face masks that I hadn't ordered or paid for! I emailed Tarra and asked what they wanted to do with them, and I expected having pack them up and ship them back. But to my surprise, I was allowed to keep them!
Tarra and Classic Caps is a first rate operation, and were quick to respond to every inquiry. I would recommend them.

I called this morning to ask about some hats that I needed done. I gave my email address to get more information, and when I decided to go with another vendor they went on my website and looked up my clients to try and get them. This is the most unethical company I have ever worked with, and I cannot believe that they would think that was okay.
