I recently had a disappointing experience with CINC services, particularly with the management from William. I utilized their services for 15 months, and as a solo agent, I was drawn in by the promise of high-quality leads. Unfortunately, the reality did not match expectations.

From the outset, the communication was lacking. I felt as though my concerns were brushed aside rather than addressed. After I requested someone to reach back to me regarding my account, no one followed up, which was incredibly frustrating. The cost per lead is significantly high, and given the lack of support or effective marketing strategies, it doesn't feel justified. The leads provided have not been converting well, making it difficult for me to see a return on my investment.

In a service that promises to empower agents, I expected better guidance and value. Unfortunately, the overall experience has left me feeling frustrated and unsupported in my role. I anticipated a more collaborative approach from management, but sadly, it fell short.

I hope that improvements can be made, as the potential for CINC is evident, but the execution has been lacking in my case. I would not recommend it for solo agents looking for more effective AI driven lead generation.

I had a very negative experience with CINC. I spent over $8,000 on what I was hoping would be quality leads, but I never closed a single deal. The leads provided were of poor quality and didn't lead to any conversions. Looking back, I realize it was my mistake for not doing enough research before signing with them.

I strongly advise against signing up with this company. The leads were not genuine, and the ROI just wasn’t there. Save your time and money. Do thorough research and look for more reliable options before making any commitments.

I wish I had read a lot of these 1 star reviews before I signed up. My experience is so similar to all of them. Solo agents steer clear.

Premium Price, substandard service. It has been a rough first year with this company. I wish I had better things to say about them. Coming off 2 years of very good results and ROI with BoomTown, CINC has been disappointing. Support is slow to respond through email and usually require multiple followups. The account managers have told me to call them but when I do, they take a message and tell me the person I've been waiting for on email will call me back. doesn't happen... Multiple calls to account manager that go directly to voicemail. I'm directed to schedule a 20min time to talk with them through my website and receive a message that she will call me at the scheduled time. No call, no message, no response.

Be careful on the sales side too. I was supposed to have a 12 month contract that included the 3 month initial trial but I'm locked into 15 months. I asked about this before signing and was assured it would be a continuation even though that's not what the contract said. That's on me though, I should know better but have a bad habit of trusting people's word.

Maybe its because I'm a solo agent and not a team. I just wish they had told me upfront that they only want to work with large teams.

So disappointed with this service, from the sales people , account managers, marketing. I'm not alone, from reading other 1 star reviews on here, it seems to me this company does not want to work with solo agents. My experience has been the same. don't waste your money.
