We have had a great experience with our check-up boards. They’re packed with educational info for our patients to enjoy during their visit, and we’ve been able to upload so much of our own content to enhance the experience. This company is a “start up.” They sell Ad Space to physician offices related to their client’s diagnoses. If you’ve being seen for a cancer screening, you’ll see cancer medications. It’s targeted ad placement. Don’t trust this company’s spin on true medical information. I saw medicinal ads from this company posted in hospitals. Trust your doctor, not the fancy touch screen board. The Chief Provider Officer came from a sales background from W.B. Mason to “ZipDrug.” Who are they to drive a true medically responsible business?

Quite possibly the worst customer service of any company I've used. My patient boards haven't worked in months and its going to be another month to two before they're replaced. Customer service is almost non existent.Here are pics of a few of my boards.
