Even if the campus is small but it has natural beauty. Everything is well arranged and well maintained. I appreciate the delicious food in the canteen, and well structured library. Correspondingly, I could also find a nice collection of social science books.

It is a good place to study on social and economic issues. In around the concrete jungle of the city most happening area it us like a tiny island with full greenery. One can have relaxed mood by coming over here. Small refreshments are available. The thing to note is the papers published on social and economic issues by professors n research fellows through this centre are not given to limelight. I wish to join here to submit paper for the strategic n continuous economic development of country while marking the social conditions. Best place to study with good environment protection, hearing the buzz of city within striking distance. Nearly a century old Nizam Observatory can be seen here in the midst of lush greenery. Observatory of Nizam period worth watching. Now canteen persons changed. Had vegetable biryani with raitha and brinjal masala curry. Both ate tasty.

The worst institute I have ever seen fo far. One of my relatives who was admitted into Part time Ph.D was not informed about the registration. They wasted 7 years of his life and few days ago they told that the registration would be not possible and suggested to go for other universities. All the efforts, money and time invested in are completely wasted. I would not even give 1 review for this. Worst management. Think before you join.

Center for Economic and Social Studies in short CESS was established in the year 1980 by a retired IAS officer B.P.R.Vithal of Government of Andhra Pradesh. It has affiliation with various national and international institutions for research and development activities. Located in the busy and costly Begumpet area of Hyderabad city, it has vast campus resembling typical university area with greenery and silence needed for academic activities. The campus also houses Nizamia Observatory and Institute of Genetics Hospital for Genetic Diseases being operated by Osmania University Hyderabad.
