I have been coming to RCA for years. The integrity of the staff is beyond superb. I feel comfortable and welcomed every single time I am here. Raul and Stephanie just to name a couple are my favs. They are kind, attentive, and patient. If I am ever in need of anything Raul is always front and center to address my needs. I love him dearly. Company, Faculty & Staff 10/10 highly recommend.

My experience with CenExcel of Research Center of America of Hollywood Florida has been tremendous and beneficial in all ways to myself. Raul, a program director has been particularly outstanding as all the staff at CenExcel of their professionalism and caregiving. I have learned to appreciate him for his over and above care and courtesy that exhibits the top level clinical trials run by CenExcel and their excellent staff. I have completed one trial over a period of one year and now and participating in a second trial that will last about six months. Treatment for my schizophrenia has improved and I'm excited for the many people who will benefit in the future. Thank you to Raul and all involved.

Sadly they’re highly disorganized and when they try to cover up their mistakes, they threaten you with not to call you again for other studies, gang style lol cus you can’t complain if you are missing money (basically they do not answer the phone). Zero professionalism, I think that’s mainly the director responsibility and the doctors in charge of the studies that doesn't control what coordinators are doing or if they're communicating correctly with patients, feedback should be completely anonymous and without consequences. If the patience doesn’t answer the phone, leave a message, text them, e-mail@!!! you have all the resources on you end; what you don’t have is work ethics!. We know we are lab rats because you treat us that way! wait for the suit 😉

ITS A SHAMED THAT WE IN THE USA AND THERES DISCRIMINATION..WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY FOR DISCRIMINATION..IF YOUR NOT HISPANICS DONT BOTHER GOING THERE TO TRY TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLINICAL TRIALS THAT WOULD BE A WASTE OF YOUR TIME IN THAT SIDE OF FLORIDA HOLLYWOOD MIAMI ETC..THEY ONLY WANT THEIR KIND & ONLY DO TRIALS ON ONE ETHNIC GROUP..HOW CAN THE PUBLIC TRUST THIS COMPANY WHEN THEY DO COME OUT WITH ANY DRUGS IF 99.9% IS ONE ETHNIC GROUP HISPANICS LATINAS .MAJORITY OF THE STAFF DONT SPEAK ENGLISH..ITS LIKE YOUR IN HAVANA CUBA THEY RUDE & INCOMPETENT AND YOU WILL NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM WITH YOUR TEST RESULTS BECAUSE THEY POINT BLANK DONT WANT OUTSIDER..WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO EEOC TO HAVE A LOOK INTO THAT COMPANY AND CONTACT THEIR HEAD OFFICE!..
