….. I’m a current patient and will not be disclosing any information in regards to the confidential study. I was /am very grateful for the study and had found everyone professional & think this company provides a really neat service to both the patients and the public by studying medications prior to them entering the market… I had experienced a small hiccup where a compensation payment was not issued, and I had called often for 18 days before it was finally issued ( major holidays took place in that window of time so I understood & wasn’t upset).
But when leaving the office today , I was told that “ it doesn’t show in here that there is any compensation due for today’s visit. It if there is the. They will issue the payment later. Just check tonight and tomorrow & if your due compensation it’ll be on there. If it’s not paid then you weren’t due compensation”
I was confused and kind of worried… I respectfully explained what had happened recently with the compensation and the staff members tone & demeanor warped so quickly and drastically. I was told “ yea well that was before today is not that day”
“What happened on a different day. Has no bearing on today”
“Stop talking about what happened some other day”
“And sometimes it takes a day sometimes it take 20 days it just depends. You should be happy you got the money at all”
I could / can not believe he said to stop talking about the other day as if I was going on like a broken record. I had mentioned it once and not in a negative manner either.
Without any exaggeration I 100% have not been talked to like that by any individual since experiencing an elementary school bully. There was 0 zero antagonizing or attitude on my part. I was being completely meek and passive, and this staff member essentially took his day out on me; the facial expressions and tone were out of this world. I’m not even focusing on the fact that the things that he said which I just quoted make absolutely NO sense; because the demeanor, tone and unwarranted hostility is frankly unbelievable…. Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m considering dropping out of the study. No one else has been anything but professional; but this was just so damn bad…

Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory due to several issues related to professionalism and communication. The office staff have consistently failed to follow through with calls, and their demeanor has been unprofessional, with staff raising their voices when I simply asked clarifying questions.

During one visit, after completing my session, I was told to wait in the waiting room. After waiting for an hour, I returned to the front desk to ask if I could leave, only to be told, "No, you can go home." This miscommunication wasted a significant amount of my time.

The individual managing the study has not adhered to the timeline, which I have been following closely, causing unnecessary delays in a process that is time-sensitive. This lack of organization has made it difficult for me to complete the study as planned.

For those considering participating in a study, I would strongly recommend rethinking this decision. Despite the blood tests typically being a short process, participants are required to stay for 4-6 hours per session. Aside from one competent staff member, the team appears disorganized and inconsistent, which is especially concerning given that these studies can have an impact on your health. In my opinion, the risks far outweigh the very small monetary gain.

I found this place to be easy to deal with and understand. There have been 3 studies I didn't qualify for, but they're always happy to get me into another study. I had an issue with receiving my pay. I called the next morning, and had my pay fixed in 5 minutes. I understand others had less than pleasant experience, I deal with depression and anxiety, and the staff was kind and professional. I'm having a hard time getting out of the house. So, this is a good way to make some cash.

Friendly staff who give you food and snacks while you wait. There is absolutely a family vibe going with everyone here.

My main qualm is with how long appointments take. You can easily wait
6+ hours just to spend just maybe 1-2 hours with doctors & nurses. There is a huge amount of downtime. And this is with an appointment.

I wish there was a way they could speed up the process; however, recognizing that there probably isn't much they can do, I'll leave it at a 3 star.

I just did a study checking in on January 11, 2023. I wasn’t supposed to be done with the entire study until February 19, 2023. I checked out early January 14, 2023. This place DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THE PATIENTS! DANIELA IS A TERRIBLE COORDINATOR!!!! She doesn’t communicate, she doesn’t keep her word and treats you as you if you’re not a person. The manager of the facility Margarita is EXTREMELY RUDE and BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND TREATS YOU LIKE AN ANIMAL!!! MARGARITA IS ON A POWER TRIP!! Because I’ve been sleep deprived, they starved me for over 15 hours!!! DONT GO TO THIS PLACE YOU’LL REGRET!!! They do all these labs, blood draws, and procedures. But have no compassion or consideration for basic human needs! It’s very sad…They expect you to hold up your end. While they consistently drop the ball. I promise you will be treated very bad if you do a study. THEY DON’T CARE! This was my first study, and I will never do another one. I’m beyond traumatized. The behavior of employees is disgusting. Especially MARGARITA & DANIELA. If you go just consider you been warned. If could I would rate this place a -100. Giving it 1 star is beyond generous.

Terrible service! Stay away. Misleading information. State on the phone that your visit will last 30 min, 1 hr max, tell you on the spot that I’ll be up to 3 hours. Very unprofessional. Don’t seem to be credible either. Facility is old and dirty. There are many other research sites with a way higher customer service, skip this one.

I do clinical trials, for many companies but for some reason CNS never wants me. They always give me different reasons. CNS never calls me when they say they will call me and they always give me an excuse. I am healthy, there is nothing wrong with me. Their attitude is also very rude over the phone. If I could give them zero stars i would. They are not worth the aggravation. This lady took my number down, she said she will call me right back, and she never did. Very unprofessional. I called back a few days later and they gave me more excuses. It feels very weird with this place. Like they are hiding something. Very strange.

Tried entering a clinical trial due to what I'm currently struggling with. Got denied because I somehow tested positive for MDMA when I don't even take MDMA. The lady treated me with utter contempt like I was lying when I told her I haven't done MDMA. Absolutely unprofessional behavior. Treated me like a liar wasting their time when I have neither no idea nor any control over why I'm testing positive for MDMA. How is that ~MY~ fault exactly? Must be nice to get paid to be a completely spiteful 🐩*tch.
