We are currently on month 15 of what was supposed to be a 4 month project. We have gone through 3 project managers, 2 sales reps none of which are still with the company. We are 20k into this project with little to no progress in the last 10 months. They very eager to get their payments, and will force you to sign "approval" documents in order to even continue with development. Everything is promised to be fixed in "beta" including design elements which is simply a delay tactic. We were told by our own project manager "Sam" who is based of out "Texas" that they had lost 60% of the staff and would unable to finish our project. He suggested we reach out to "legal" for a full refund since they have admittedly breached their contract over and over again. When we reached out to "legal" they denied our request because we signed a document stating we were okay with how the project has been progressing (which they required us to sign to move onto the next phase) Keep in mind we signed those back in DECEMBER of last year. Here we are 14 months down the road with nothing more than what we saw in December of last year. We were told that the final app delivery would be to us the first week of August 2024 with all the changes and fixes for everything broken, we still have seen anything close to what we would even consider an alpha stage, let alone a final product. Legal is no longer responding to emails as they wrote us a new contract with new terms they were again broken. We believe "Sam" is a one man shop contacting out to 3rd party developers. We also believe he is not only our "PM" but also Legal, and apparently the guy who answer the mainline with "Hello?". Stay far away from this company, unless you have no hopes or dreams to be gutted from you. In the time frame that we were supposed to launch, there have been 3 additional apps that have released that we would have beaten to market by a year had Celect Studios been able to deliver as promised. In our 14 months with Celect Studios they have not hit a single deadline, kept a single promise but had no problem taking all of our money. If zero stars was an option it would still be too good for Celect Studios.

Here I am again leaving another poor review for this company. I’ve been dealing with them for 14 months and counting now. The app completion in our contract was 156 days approximately and it hit the app stores well over that at the one year mark. That was only made possible after I threatened legal action. It finally comes out and it doesn’t work properly. I mentioned the bug fixes to which they told me they’ll have it fixed by the end of the week. It’s been a month. My project manager told me two weeks ago his uncle died. I rarely hear from him now. Our app is still not working properly. We’ve invested 20k to celect studios for this project not included the money we put into marketing that we’re on stand by with because celect studios keeps giving us the run around. I advise anyone reading this to stay away from celect studios. They’re aggressive and persistent when it comes to asking money from you but when it’s time to deliver your product they give you the run around. The whole company is useless and a bunch of cowards frankly. I drove up to their given address and was told they’re not there anymore

They are in breach of contract and will not return my money. My app was supposed to be done in may of 2024 and here it is October almost November and I still don’t have my app. Please don’t do business with these people thy are not who they say they are and don’t live up to there expectations. Furthermore the lead me to believe that the work in the states yet they are a foreign entity operating in the states. The are actually located in Dubai.

I have been dealing with Sam for over a year, and even though he took them wayyy longer than expected. Sam made sure my application was delivered as promised. I will keep everyone posted on how well my application performs.

Stay away!!!.
The worst service and possibly a scam.
I lost $1500 deposit after 8 months of waiting for developing a website that never happened. Before signing the contract, they promised the sky and then nothing happened after paying. A big mistake. Filed complaints to BBB and Texas General Attorney

I recently got an app made from them which actually was my dream project and I must say it was worth choosing them. Wasn't sure what I was doing but Bruce and Anna helped through it so well that now it's like a dream come true. Kudos to them!
