Purchased my 1st ever 3D printer after being recommended over a Prusa 3D printer, having now seen both brands really glad I did. The quality of the Zaribo surpasses expectation, such a sturdy and solid platform.
I decided to buy a kit so I could learn about it as built it and it took me around 25 hrs to assemble and commission. The customer service is equally as amazing with almost instant tech support and in my case well outside office hours, tech support is a huge deal with and makes or breaks a brand in my opinion.
Here’s a fun 3D benchy I printed, a face shield, groot and some Piwer tool clips that I’ve printed in the few days I’ve had it completed.

I bought a frame for a voron 2.4. Before the package was sent I emailed them to let them know I would like to cancel my order.
Order was sent anyway.

A few days before I received the package I emailed them again asking about cancelling my order, this time using the revocation form they want you to use. This was over a month ago but I have yet to receive a response

I'm not that mad about it because I suppose I get to build a voron now, but this certainly is not the kind of customer service I hope to receive.

Dishonest company.
Barely answer any emails at all

Don't respect the announced delays.
Asked them twice now to cancel and refund my order due to really important delay.

They refuse to do it
And they don't answer

Don't buy from this company
They are just scammers

Leider werden die angegebenen Lieferzeiten bei diesem Unternehmen jedes mal deutlich überschritten. Oftmals um mehrere Wochen.
Zudem wird bei den zusammengebauten Druckern gepfuscht. Diese sollte man nach Erhalt nochmal sorgfältig kontrollieren.
Ich bestelle bei diesem Unternehmen leider dennoch viel zu oft, da es manchmal keine alternative gibt. Die Drucker sind an sich ganz gut und wenn man sie selber zusammenbaut, dann ist man selber schuld, wenn sie hinterher keine vernünftigen Ergebnisse liefern.
