Horrible experience with this company. First and foremost the person that signed me up lied to me they were having a 50% special and I asked questions when the first bill came I asked him why are they charging me $120 instead of $60/month he stated the $120 covers every two months. I checked my bank and noticed this people are charging me that amount monthly as against what they said now they are threatening me if I do not pay the $120 and cancel they will send it to collection and I told them to go ahead and do it, I will disapprove it with my bank & collection with my evidences of my conversation with their worker they claim is no longer working with the company. This whole thing is affecting my mental health, I never expect to have such a horrible experience with my first time signing up with an App company what I expected to make my business better is now causing me nightmares. I can’t deal with a company like this, lies & deceit should not be used to sign clients up. I feel so pissed up with all this drama.
