Man I'm done with relying on google sheets and docs for keeping tabs on my clients. As a part-time weightlifting and conditioning coach, I only really need (and can only afford) the free plan on Carepatron, but it's honestly great for staying organized. Found out about them because of the physical test templates, stayed because of how nifty it is.

carepatron honestly made my work so much easier and less stressful. i like having everything in one place (i.e. notes, scheduling, billing, and even insurance tools) and it has been such a relief to have something like this that's at an affordable and flexible rate. the platform is super intuitiveso I didn’t have to waste time figuring out how to use it. their templates are also a lifesaver, especially on busy days when I need to get things done quickly but still professionally. what I really love, though, are the extra resources they offer, like guides and tools that actually help me stay on top of my practice and continue growing. it’s clear that carepatron was designed with providers in mind, and it’s made such a difference in helping me spend less time on admin and more time focused on my clients. highly recommend it to anyone looking for something that’s simple, effective, and genuinely helpful!

Carepatron has been a game-changer! Everything flows smoothly. Love how I can video chat with patients, handle notes and send emails all in one software. Carepatron isn't perfect. But it is by far the best platform I've tried for managing our therapy practice. And I've tried a lot of them! (Here is a partial list of the ones that we have used or extensively tested over the past five years - SimplePractice, TheraNest, Aquity, TimeTap, BookLikeABoss, TherapyNotes, IntakeQ). Many of them were infuriatingly outdated, overpriced, unreliable, and missing basic features.

CarePatron is refreshingly different. Simple, intuitive, comprehensive, and effective. Its clean design reflects a modern approach to user interface design. The support team is responsive and knowledgeable. The company has embraced agile development and there are frequent (and stable) updates.

It isn't perfect yet, but it is close and getting closer each month.

BE AWARE of liar! They will force you to subscribe the paid plan by telling you the 1GB free storage is full after a couple of months. I subscribed and used for another year. My client load increased 10 times but it didn't exceed their 5GB storage plan. When I do data backup, I downloaded all client files, notes, invoices, attachments, contact etc. That's only 40MB. I questioned them. Reply is "At the moment, we don't have a detailed breakdown of what contributes to the storage usage." = =! And of course if you down grade your plan, they not gonna allow you to access your account anymore.... They use the free plan to lure you into their trap.

I just got done setting up my lactation clinic with six providers and dozens of service offerings, different locations, and lots of scheduling parameters, and I am so happy to rate this app with five stars. Truly a snap to use, attractive interface, EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE AND SUPPORTIVE CUSTOMER CARE (thank you, Marco!)... after fighting and crying and struggling with the other management apps, I am a convert to Carepatron!
