Good teamwork, everyone came willingly to check/help my son when he had pneumonia. Very nice, compassionate people working here. My whole family goes here when they are sick and so far i have good experiences with them.

The PA was very thorough. Let my granddaughter talk without hurrying her along. That was the reason her diagnoses came near the end. The PA knew the questions to get to the bottom of it.

I was sent here for a new job that works with schools to get a drug screening. I was told it was a walk-in clinic and I didn’t need an appointment. I checked in at the kiosk and was told it was a 63 minute wait (with a full bladder mind you). After that wait I’m called and the front desk girl says she’s checking me in. So then I wait another 20 minutes to be seen because luckily I was the only one for that service. While this is happening a woman is screaming for a refund because her daughter hasn’t been seen in almost 2 hours. By the way if you can’t hold your bladder for the hour and 20 min wait then you have to wait until you have a full bladder again and re-check-in. It’s disorganized and not very friendly.

First time coming here and the only reason being is my physician is unavailable for the next two weeks. Save time, headache, and money by finding a physician instead of coming here. They will charge you $175 before answering any direct questions so that you have to see a “provider” just for the “provider” to speak to you as if you’re ignorant and suggest that they prescribe antibiotics than dealing with the real issue that caused the reason to need antibiotics. Also, you’ll get to enjoy the immature conversations with the front desk staff while you’re waiting to see the “provider”, this place is a joke.

Avoid this place, it’s a rip off. I was given allergy shots which was not cheap. I also paid for the office visit. I went back after 3 weeks of getting the so called shot with worse symptoms. I was told to pay all over again for office visit and tests with no assurance of any solution. The attending physician said if it comes back again I’ll keep making both office visit payment and any testing payment. How does that even make sense. No single empathy.
