Great experience from start to finish. Submitted my claim for a rock chip online, within one business day, I had a call from a rep who took care of everything. The same day the local glass shop was scheduled to come to me to fix it. The glass shop called ahead, showed up promptly, and completed work thoroughly, yet quickly. I didn’t have to do anything besides check the work and put up my truck. Great experience. I’m so glad I decided to purchase this when I bought the truck.

Last year, I had a "specialist" who denied my claim without any clarification on the details of the decision and was very unprofessional and totally disregarded my special circumstance until Ericka Cain stepped in and saved the company. Excellent service and extremely accommodating when I had to reschedule. Office staff was very nice and Jordan the technician explained everything very clearly. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others. Did a full windshield replacement on a 2023 Toyota which required recalibration for camera and safety features.
