Be on your appointment. Make sure you have load dood seal on your trailer. They check my seal. Unloaded me in 1 hour. Overnight parking on the street.

Very nice people, very tight parking lot. Dry vans continue past initial building, across rr tracks to shipping receiving on right go into parking lot past docks...thats the door for both.

I am sure all of the positive comments and stars are made by the employees. Very rude slow ignorant people work here. If u r a truck driver no place to park before u check in. The worst customer service and disrespectful behavior. I arrived at the front office reception and was given attitude, I was there to deliver important paperwork for an employee. Even though I was nice and polite, the Hispanic lady about 5” foot light skinned and skinny. She was refusing to help an employee get her paperwork. I asked for HR manger, and she grabbed a business card and said call the number. She walked away when I asked for the HR mangers name.
