Miss Mitchell was extremely rude! There was a mixup at the closing attorney's office and our inspection cost wasn’t not in the closing documents. Apparently a bill was sent to us but must have gotten lost in the move. On Christmas Eve morning, we get a call from this woman who is extremely rude and demeaning. It was obvious during our call that we were at a loss and was not quite sure if this was a spam call or not. Instead of directing us to call the inspection agency to try to resolve the matter, she chose to talk to us in a very demeaning manner. During our conversation she must have mentioned the call was being recorded at least 3 times, maybe more. I hope that her employer will go back and listen to the recorded call and hopefully reprimand her behavior. We have excellent credit so we are very responsible!! Regardless of what she thought about us, no one should ever talk to an individual in such a disrespectful manner.
