Can I give Zero stars? Thoroughly disappointed on all fronts. They promised seamless integration with our other administrative tools and as it turned out it was all a farce. We were sold on a promotion and relayed to our sales person that we would not implement this system for a few months. Sure enough we found it is not user friendly with Quickbooks, (which we were told it was) and we could no longer receive our money back. It's embarrassing that this company can manipulate its clients in the manner which they did. Quickbooks/IntuitWorkforce apps are far more superior.

We got talked into buying a year up front. Ultimately 6 months later we find out that it won't work with QuickBooks but we can't get a refund anymore. Not happy and I can't recommend this company.

Hi This is Brooke the Office Manager over here a Neighbourhood Painters. I am the one who lives in busybusy. I organize all our projects, photos, documents, scheduling. Our painters do all their reporting and we even keep track of our small equipment maintenance in our daily reports. I love this program because it allows me to organize so much for our projects. Our painters have all the information they need at their finger tips. I also love how well the team at busybusy helped us get everything set up in record time and take feedback on what features that would really benefit our industry. I look forward to seeing more feature added in.

Busybusy lied to us. They told us the job costing feature would work well for our company, yet there are no settings that enable it to work for us at all. Then when unavoidable life circumstances pushed us beyond the refund window, they didn't care at all. Terrible customer service. They keep saying "it's policy" but when you mischaracterize your software capability, that's on you. NOT us.

Busy Busy is very user friendly and our team can keep track of their time while on the go. The app is excellent as well. As the administrator, I like the functionality of monitoring locations, managing projects and reviewing the reports for future projections.

If you own or work for a construction company, there is not a better Time Keeping app out there. It makes employees, office staff, and owners lives easier! Employees love it because they don't have to deal with keeping track of paper. The office loves it because they get better info from the field and they get it immediately. More money per job and happier employees. And the bonus, it pays for itself within a month or two. Do it!!

I have had the absolute worst experience with Busy Busy. Such a long list of issues. They are so hard to get a hold of. I was told everyone goes home before 4 so it's hard to get help. Timekeeping is a huge part of our business and when my whole account disappears and I need help, to be told it's almost 4 and nobody can help me is baffling. I moved to ExacTime and they are great!!! Highly recommend.
