We paid Business Nucleus over $7,000. in early October 2019 for web design and SEO and targeting computer services. They presented themselves and their services very well initially so we were sold and went forward with their contract. We were disappointed in that there was little or poor implementation. We therefore needed to end the relationship after 3 months.

We saw little or no progress with targeting and SEO services past the initial discussions and found that despite this lack of progress that Business Nucleus was trying to bill us more monthly for services when we did not see anything moving forward. Instead of launching the services that we had contracted for, we found them trying to sell us on additional services we did not ask for. At the end, our outdated web site was much better than the initial home page design that they sent after 2 months and after being pushed to do so. We didn’t realize that they allegedly started SEO or targeting services, until after 3 months in frustration we asked for a partial refund. While we initiated numerous emails and calls to try to get these services going in a manner it may have helped our marketing, we lost confidence in their ability to meet our needs. We needed to terminate their services after 3 months. There was no benefit whatsoever to us from the monies and time we had spent.
