I am a Medical Doctor and I don't write reviews but I felt compelled to do so!
Unfortunately, this business wasted my time with incompetence. I explained the concept 8+ times and spent hours. Despite their quote changing multiple times I was willing to go with it until I realized the quality of work was going to be poor and price too high. Instead I went to AV Sport & Graphics in Lancaster and job was done next day with only explaining the concept to them for 10 minutes. Take your work to AV Sport and Graphics, folks!

I have gone twice to have work done. I had a patch added to heavy leather guitar straps and embroidery done for both jobs. Each time the work was completed quickly and to the exact specifications I asked for. They still had assets I used from years ago on file so the second time I went in the process was even easier. Amazing job.
