Workforce 1 is no actual help. I did 2 pre-interviews there it's horrible. I have 2 females that interviewed me virtually. Gave their email said they would email the information. Never heard from them. I emailed them asking about the job and the information. They never answered me back. What is the sense of telling people you will email the job information but never do. This happen twice (2). That's horrible service. They are just their for show. It's a waste of time

200 people show up spin around online go up to a counselor about six counselors at the end of these lines and they're all promoting the same 10 jobs? I would like to meet someone who actually got a job with workforce one cuz it just seems like a meal where people just cycle in and out in and out to give a whole lot of office staff work......

I am a young professional with 20 years experience and a BA and I never find them helpful. They don't listen to your needs, wants, they don't do follow ups. All I know is if the goal is to get people jobs and I am overqualified and not picky, I literally would have taken any job, but I still don't have one so NO their services are not helpful it feels like a big waste of time interacting with them. They also come late a half hour late to their own meetings.

IMO these “workforce” agencies need a deep audit from the DOL or whatever entity is funding them. Many of their staff will have you going in circles, reaching out to different reps, to other WF locations and even to other affiliates such as Equus Works, and in reality they offer no substantial help in the end. Nobody follows up. I have been waiting weeks to hear back from folks from Equus Works. And also from WF. What a shame.
