Brian came over on my son’s birthday, to fix his gaming laptop. That completely made my son’s birthday, he was so happy. Brian was very knowledgeable, and what I appreciate the most very trustworthy. He doesn’t go forward with anything, unless the customer is ok with it. You can’t find that anywhere else. He also set it up to where my son is safer online, which of course as a parent I appreciate that very much. If my son’s computer goes again, definitely calling Brian again. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Brian is great to work with from start to finish. I reached out to Brian through email and he responded within 2 hours. My computer would turn on, but wouldn't go to the Windows login screen. We chatted through emails and I decided to upgrade my SSD drive. I met up with him to give him my computer so he could see what he was working with. He had the new SSD drive within 2 days and it took him no time to install it and to transfer my data to the new hard drive. Brian is very accommodating to whatever you want done as he also installed a second hard drive that I had taken out of my old computer, but hadn't put in this computer. Brian is so thorough that he reached out the day after I picked up my computer to make sure everything was going OK after I had the computer back up and running. I would definitely use Brian again and recommend him to family and friends.

Brian is great! I love that he posts his rates on his website, and that he makes house calls. After his visit, my issue wasn't 100% resolved, but at no extra charge, Brian stayed in touch with me over email and continued to send me advice and directions until I was able to finally get things to work. I would definitely call him again.

My sons gaming computer stopped booting. It was a real emergency! My wife called Brian, and though he had just returned from a trip, he came over to the house that day. It wasn't an easy problem. It took him an hour to figure it out. But, when he left, it was up and running again. What a relief! Besides knowing what he is doing, Brian is amiable and fun to talk to. We'll definitely call on him again.

I just changed internet providers and was having difficulty getting my Mac to communicate wirelessly with my printer. After spending several hours trying to accomplish this myself, I gave up and called Brian (liked his website) who got the job done in less than 10 minutes the following day. Brian has been especially accommodating to me as an unrepentant "techno-phobe". He has bailed me out of numerous professional and personal computer problems, usually on a panicked moment's notice, doggedly advancing my access to this trying aspect of modern life. At this point I can sometimes help my husband (who is even less computer literate than I am) by asking myself, What would Brian Do?" Well, first stay calm, then try A, then B, then C... Brian's manner and efficiency give me a sense of confidence, not only in his own impeccable skill set but in the hope that I can do this too.

Brian installed the hardware with ease and was very nice while working. He explained the whole process in detail and explained the things i didn't understand. He is a very reliable IT and I will ask him to install anything else i need for later on projects. I recommend Brian for any problems with your computer.
