Mohamed was very professional and knowledgeable about our printer. He cleaned the printer and even sent a follow-up email on where we could get the parts we needed at a reasonable price. He came again and did the installation of new parts and made suggestions on when you should have maintenance on our printer. Outstanding service and reasonable priced. I highly recommend this company for your IT needs.

I am very impressed with Mr. Bah's professional and excellent service. He came to my house promptly to help fix my printer only two days after my request for service. Mr. Mohamed Bah was the technician sent over to our small office. We had an issue with an HP LaserJet printer. Mr. Mr. Mohamed Bah checked the machine, serviced it; cleaned and got it up and running. He fixed the issue. He was very nice in explaining what was going on and he also offered future services from their company, Breeze End Technology Inc. We are very happy with the service provided by the company and specifically by the service provided by the technician, Mr. Mohamed Bah. Mr. Bah was incredibly helpful in cleaning up the toner mess and fixing my old copier. Given his highly professional level of expertise, I felt fortunate in finding him for a job that barely used his skills! Would recommend him to anyone going through a stressful copier crisis! He was extremely helpful. i had a problem with my windows on surface book and cant solve it, when i come to him wala in 2 days the restore my computer back to normal. also he is very friendly and always willing to teach you a lot of new things about computer. Mohamed took apart most of the printer to get to the ink that had leaked all over inside of the printer causing print problems, cleaned the print heads and changed settings on the printer to conserve ink. It is printing clean crisp pages now. He also gave me advice on how to minimize this problem in the future. He arrived during the time frame given and was very careful about not touching surfaces he didn’t need to given we are in the middle of COVID. I would highly recommend Mohamed.
