Brainstorm fixed my home built complicated computer.
I had tried replacing almost everything including the motherboard.

These guys are great! My MacBook Pro had a quick, but near-deadly encounter with a leaking bottle of water and stopped working without the use of a power cord or a mouse, as the touchpad no longer worked. Took it to the Apple Store, where I was told that they would have to send it out for a complete rebuild at a cost of $750. Decided that it wasn't worth the investment, and that I would continue to use the computer as is (with power cord and mouse) until I found a new one on sale. After reading online reviews, I also decided to bring it into Brainstorm for a second opinion. After opening the back, David told me that he would be able to clean it up and replace the battery and touch pad for a fraction of the cost of the Apple repair. Not only was their price very reasonable, but after the parts arrived, I brought the computer to their store in the morning and had it back by the afternoon. And, it's working beautifully. We have a business and this company managed to save all of our data and pictures and documents!!! Our computer went completely black and had frozen. Have a PC that was running very slow and needed a backup strategy. Computer had never been serviced in over five years of use. A telephone call and a search of referral comments indicated that Brainstorm was a good place to go. David, of Brainstorm Computers, queried about my use of the computer and outlined a plan to address the problems. A few days later, a PC was returned that performed phenomenally, had a program / disk / strategy to automatically back up pertinent data, and a way to move to a new PC when that time comes. Sean and the guys at Brainstorm are great. While the big box stores will see a laptop with a virus and say, buy a new machine. Sean and the guys will save your data and get your machine up and running. Brainstorm recovered my Windows Home Server and helped me fix a tablet I had broken the power connector on.

If they say you need to replace a part of your compiuter that is broken you're better off ordering that part on your own. Not only it will be cheaper than they say it is but also its going to be the original part and not a cheaper version of it or even a part from a different brand compiuter.
