The staff here are usually very friendly and helpful.

The shop stocks a wide variety of products, including dental products, vitamins and supplements, a first aid section, makeup counters, aftershave and perfumes, hair products and skin care products. There are also a few fridges offering sandwiches, snacks and cold drinks as part of the Boots meal deal.

We find the diabetic chocolate section particularly useful as some local supermarkets no longer stock them. There is a small selection of different chocolates available, including boxes of seashells which we often buy as a gift for a diabetic family member. The diabetic chocolates were out of stock during our most recent visit so we hope they'll be back in stock soon.

The shop also includes an in-store pharmacy which offers over-the-counter medicines as well as prescription items. The pharmacy also offers the winter flu jab. There can sometimes be a queue at the pharmacy counter but I have always found the staff there to be very helpful.

There are plenty of parking spaces nearby, although these can fill up quickly at busy times of year. There are a couple of disabled parking spaces near the shop entrance.

Booked an appointment for 330, arrived 325 was still with client before me which is fine, after five mins or so went back and was still with client, after a few minutes the client then left. As I was talking saying “Hi I have an appointment” I was interrupted by another member of staff asking for something or other off the benefit counter so I stood back whilst they had their conversation, then another boots member of staff proceeded to join in on the conversation meanwhile I’m stood there being ignored. I gave it until 345 had a little nose round they were all still stood in a circle chatting so I just walked out. Been once before and weren’t even aware of my booking albeit done a good job and usually much more polite that the drug store across the way, hence my return. Will not be returning again though.

Very disappointing experience at this store in the beauty department, one girl that I spoke to was very RUDE TOWARDS ME!
BIT OF AN ATTITUDE PROBLEM......BEAUTY ADVISER NEEDS TO BE MORE TRAINING
AND HAVE A BETTER ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMER CARE.....!

The incompetence of Boots head office is taken with great pleasure at this store by the shop management. The staff on the tills have been replaced with self service, the staff through the store are reduce to minimum, and the pharmacist just walks away for a break when there is a que. I agree that we all need a break, but advance warning so we are not stood waiting in line would be nice, or someone to cover them. I left with nothing and shall not be returning.

All tills are self checkout, there's absolutely no need for some many tills. I hope they bring at least a couple normal tills cause I won't be going back.

Really don't know what has happened to this pharmacy?...it used to excellent...but the last 6 months it's service has totally collapsed to a total shambles...can't get through on the phone to find out about very late prescriptions ...where as there used to be a text to tell you that your prescription is ready... what used to be a very efficient pharmacy seems to have totally collapsed in a matter of months into utter shambles?

Classic Boots. Very nice selection, the fragrance selection is out of this world. Literally any designer fragrance that you could want they have and they are reasonably priced. I will say that they have some very overpriced items but a majority of their selection is fairly priced. I was also able to find my favorite body oil there which is being discontinued so that was a steal. Their staff is lovely and very helpful and they even have a pharmacy at this one.

Dreadful service at the pharmacy.
Received a text yesterday to say my prescription was ready to collect.
Desperately needed. Got to store at 6:40
Would not serve me or hand me my prescriptions. Said they are not dispensing anymore today. Mine were packaged and the store didn't close until 7pm but refused to give them to me
Absolutely disgraceful
