Came in fully prepped to pay for the gentleman time to look at issue I was having with a new computer. I was in no hurry and had no problems leaving my computer to have it looked at what ever their schedule allowed....... I was spoken too like I was wasting he's time and couldn't afford to have him look at my computer........ This review is all from the 1 visit about 6 months ago. Not from the day of this review. 👍

I had heard about this repair shop from a friend and so I gave them a call. Not only was Tim able to revive my computer and restore all my data for me, but he also had it done in only a few hours. I took my laptop into Blue Ridge Computers. The mic had not worked for months. When on my zoom semiars I had to call in or use my tablet, which does not work for me. I had previously taken it to my computer guy in Atlanta with no results. I had also had a computer friend spend several hours with me trying to isolate the problem. Blue Ridge Computers evidently has magic fingers and fixed it in no time. I highly recommend.
