Markus and Chris were amazing from start to finish in the development and launch of our new/updated website. They listened to my needs and wants and totally brought them to fruition. I love the look and feel of our new site and the ease of use for the end user. I also love that they walked me through the process of being able to make edits/updates on my own as needed. When Chris first revealed the layout he believed would best meet our church's needs, we were amazed. We could've taken the material from our old site, placed it on his design, and would've been so much better off immediately. However, with 150 pages on our old site, our committee had to decide what material to use and how best to organize it. Chris was extremely patient with us through this process and very helpful in suggesting design layouts that would work best.

Going through this process during a pandemic was definitely a unique experience. Almost all interaction with Chris and Markus was via video conferences, phone calls, and email. I have yet to meet Markus and Chris in person. However, I feel as though I know them as well as if we had been able to meet in person. They worked very hard to make sure that our needs were met. Chris even worked several Sundays to ensure we met specific deadlines during the website development.

Blue Light Labs did an outstanding job. From the start they walked me through the whole process explaining everything. They asked plenty of questions about how we'd like the site to look and function and transformed those ideas into a great website. When we didn't have suggestions they would present different ideas that really helped in the process. After the site went live we had some technical issues that turned out to be problems on our IT end, but Chris & Markus worked tirelessly to help us sort them out and get everything functioning.
