Bernardo and his team seemed to cut through the fog other headhunters suffered from. He hit a homerun first time at bat for me in an industry I had been told by others not to even bother with. He kept me informed the whole time and did everything possible to help and encourage me through the process. His communication was excellent. On top of that he checks up from time to time to see how things are going.
