Binatech is a wonderful company to work with. They took a lot of time in the beginning to get everything set up correctly so that we wouldnt experience problems down the road. They are honest and up front with their recommendations and thoroughly explain everything in terms we can understand. They are very attentive when we do run into a problem and work directly with our software or medical equipment providers to get to a solution as quickly as possible. Great Team! Highly Recommend!

Grossly incompetent would be an understatement. The last year and a half, things have definitely taken a turn. On-site support was non-existent, and even the remote work wasn't being handled properly. We would have to ask for the same task to be done multiple times before it was addressed. Simple tasks such as forwarding email from an address no longer being used could not be done properly. When we decided to switch companies, they were minimally responsive with helping to transfer over, which wasn’t surprising considering their “support” was minimally responsive. Very disappointing.

This is a great company. Very professional. Very responsive. They have serviced our organization, helping us to simplify our systems while increasing our technical functionality. The techs are very good, and the sales staff have really worked with us to get the right gear, and phase the implementation in to work with our budget. We have had some chronic tech challenges that they have resolved. Even when we had very unique technical issues they have worked with us to find the best solutions. The techs at Binatech know their stuff and are always nice to deal with. We have 3 servers, a power backup and multiple work stations. Erik Henriksen usually helps us out if we have an issue or just in the regular maintenance and monitoring issues. Great guy. If we need to do something new or outgrow our hardware or memory he makes sure the sales guys know exactly what we need. So many companies say they have great customer service and I end up unsatisfied. These guys are the real deal. Somehow they make sure we auto-magically get all the updates, patches and licenses we need. Keep up the great work guys.

Needed a notebook set up asap. Binatech, when promised, accessed it remotely, set up the new notebook immediately and transferred files/setting/preferences from my old unit so that my transition was seamless. They also kept in touch during and after the process to be sure things are working as they are supposed to and that I am satisfied with what got done. More than satisfied.
