I took my daughter to the Bayview Research Group to take part in the Pfizer Vaccine Trial, and we had a great experience there. Karen H., in particular, was SO hard working and so helpful and kind. All of the staff members made my daughter and myself feel at ease, and the study was well run. When I had questions or issues, Karen was able to explain and help quickly. I cannot thank them enough for the work they did to benefit the general public during a public health crisis unlike one we've ever seen before. I participated in the Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccine study through BAYVIEW Research. Their staff is above and beyond professional and knowledgeable. When I had questions or concerns, you always get someone on the phone immediately and you are not talking to machines.

My experience, participating in study trials at Bayview Research Group, has and continues to be outstanding. Credit for the superb service, goes to the staff, a team of professionals who have always treated me with complete respect. This is especially true of the coordinating staff and office manager. Having my blood drawn has never been so pleasant...it's done before I know it...no pain, poking or missed attempts. This is one example, of professionalism and top notch customer service that really makes a positive difference.

I'm on my second trial now, and I plan to continue volunteering on future, upcoming study trials. Taking positive steps to bring answers to medical science feels good. Plus, I've learned a whole bunch about taking better care of my health. It is not about the money for me, but the $75 stipend at each office visit is naturally motivating.

The study Doctors at Bayview are the best!They're super bright and genuinely caring and empathetic to my healthcare needs. During my recent visit, Dr. Pakdaman, one of the study investigators, prescribed, treated, and cured a lingering infection. And this had nothing to do with the OA study that I'm participating. This was about personal integrity and his kind and caring character.

Quite possible some of the worst experience on ALL levels I've EVER encountered ANYWHERE. Unprofessional, unreliable. Never seem to know who is running the place or in charge of keeping records and payments documented or organized but they need help DRASTICALLY. Have been told to more than once to come in to pick up checks that were owed me only to get there and be told they dont have them there. Then they also confirmed different amounts of checks that were owed to me and then I was told a different amount when I got there. Was told check would be mailed to me when they received it. Waited two weeks before I had to call back looking for it to discover they hadn't even ordered it yet. Now i was just told i would be called when they receive and am already knowing i'm going to have to call and track it down again myself. Unacceptable for a medical research organization. Avoid this place at all costs!! Would give 0 stars but i had to leave at least 1 in order to post.

Always Friendly to me, a very calm environment when you walk in, I've read some reviews where they had trouble getting there money, never had that issue(Thank God).

Participated in the COVID-19 Pfizer trails. Excellent staff. Very professional and friendly. Always received payment on the day. They even gave me a diet Coke. 👍

I was a part of one of their studies about a year ago. They were always to kind to be and very helpful. The facility is pretty centrally located and right by a freeway, which is always helpful. They always had a clean and tidy facility. And really great coffee!
