Used BAI for a project and was highly disappointed. They gave me a timeline of 24 weeks for the entire project. 3 years later and thousands of dollars later they still had not completed the project. I used their “engineers”, design and manufacturing (China) and the incomplete product they produced wasn’t even as good or capable as the prototype I provided them. Shawn had quite a bit of employee turnover during the time they spent on my project and most of the time seemed very disorganized. They spent a lot of time “learning” on my project and Amber is certainly not a project manager. I highly suggest you look for another option.
