Very nice professional experience and staff,very helpful on getting information on projects coming out to bid, they give project estimates or budget on the project coming out to bid. They known that bonding company s always ask the contractors what's the size and project budget, because the contractors have to put up a 5 percentage bid bond on the project.thats usually 30.00 a thousand or 3 percent of the project. That's why it's called risk management. So they are very understanding and very helpful.they need bids from contractors to satisfy thier clients ,the municipality s.and get the lowest qualified bidders price. Some times lowest is not the best,so they go to the second bidder who more qualified. Or they throw out all bids and residents at a later time and maybe attract s new bidders.
