I cannot say enough good things about Bo Trader, my HVAC technician! From the moment he arrives, he is professional, courteous, and incredibly knowledgeable. He always takes time to answer any questions I have and explain my options. Today, I decided to replace the old thermostat with a smart version. Not only did he answer my questions, but he also went above and beyond to ensure everything was installed and running smoothly. It's rare to find someone as dedicated to quality service. I highly recommend him and appreciate his efforts to keep my system up to date and in good condition– truly a top-notch experience!

The service technician was very customer friendly and knowledgeable about my system, both heating and cooling. He explained my options he looked into the future and told me about what to think about in the days ahead and most of all he was respectful, very customer friendly and explained the work that was needed in plain language that customers can understand. . I like the fact that this company Bartlett is a Family company that’s going be around for a while when I need them. I’ve had other companies that have either closed or disappeared. what I liked about the service was that the service man was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. What I appreciated was that there were no high pressure Salesman trying to sell me things that I don’t really need. I highly recommend Bartlett to others.

I requested a service call, and the nice lady on the phone said she would schedule a service call. The confirmation text said service call. The invoice I received said service call. We were charged a trip fee to cover the first 30 min of service (fun fact: by “1st 30 min” they actually mean “first zero minutes” since the tech spent 10-15 minutes in total looking at our unit and charged an additional $195 on top of the trip fee).

Well we’re told that our 4yr unit is completely unsalvageable, no need for him to open things up and take a closer look, the thing to do is rip out and replace. And of course, so convenient, it turns out that he can draw up an estimate right here on the spot. >$6k for a new mini split, same cost as a normal full size unit, but lots of slick sales talking and not to worry because “his guys” do great work.

So yes, I requested a service call, they billed like a service call, but they sent a salesmen and it was a sales call.

really great service from Stephen, he really went above and beyond and did a fantastic job cleaning my exterior AC unit, and overall fantastic service and attention to detail. I was extremely impressed with the job he did, its not something i was paying attention to in the moment, but later on looking it over, I see the level of effort he put into what he did today and I am very impressed and thankful. Our heating system started making concerning noises when the temperature outside started to drop and they were able to get us an appointment quickly.
