Aventis Systems is a dishonest vendor that refuses to deliver the correct products to its customers. We ordered a NAS from this company that included storage and they did not send any of the drives. Upon repackaging the item for return, we also discovered that they sent us a model with 4GB instead of the advertised 32GB. This is misrepresentation and bad business (see photos). Buyer beware!

SCAM ARTISTS! Recently sold us a defective and broken item that was 100lb. When we notified them of the defective item they said we would have to pay to send it back, which would have been more than the item was worth. After many calls and arguments they eventually agreed to pay for shipping to return the item. UPS damaged the item practically on the companies doorstep and refused to pay them because the company was too cheap to properly insure the item. In the end they tried to force us to pay for the defective item they dishonorably sent to us. Now we have to report their fraudulent activities. Stay away from this company!

Poor management and fraudulent advertisement. They did not send the right item listed on their website. So I called them and they said it was out of stock. One week later Aventis systems still has their product listed as in stock. If your going to buy from aventis, you have to call first....Two stars are going to customer service because at least both of them were helpful and didnt sound like scammers.

Sent me a 100lb item that had previous been returned because it was defective. When I notified the company they had a "don't care" attitude and told me that it was my responsibility to pay for return shipping even though they clearly were in the wrong. We returned the item and they declined the return because they said it was damaged in transit.

Now we have to file fraudulent charges with our card company because of this snake oil salespeople company. Do not do business with this place.

We’ve been using equipment from Avantis Systems for almost two years now, and everything has been running smoothly except for one unit, which was quickly repaired. No complaints from my side.

Purchased from this company on Amazon. Purchased 4 HP LCD touchscreen monitors received 4 Lenovo non touchscreen monitors. Paid $192.28 in shipping then went to return and Aventis will not issue a pre paid label. Called left messages finally got a hold of a person and he stated "if they do not have the product they will substitute" I was not contacted and given the option to cancel the order or get whatever they did not want. I'm not even sure they ever had the monitors in stock. So they sent me something that they had overstocked to get rid of it and now it is my problem. In the mean time it took over 30 days to get this resolved and they will only issue me a $30.00 per Monitor credit. Mind you the Monitors that I got are 1/2 the price of what was paid. I'm doing the only thing that I can. I want everyone to be aware of the practice that they consider acceptable. I lost over $2,000.00 and have 4 monitors that I can not use. BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased a refurbished Dell PowerEdge server that was a bit older - but if it works well through the years, then not a real issue.

Kevin helped with the quote, waited for the customer to make the decision, and got the server shipped out soon after payment was made in full via CC.

We got the server via UPS with tracking, and got the OS installed and there does not seem to be any alarms going off, yet.

Overall, very good experience - really!

I guess Aventis may not be for everyone, since you do need realistic expectations of discounted hardware that's been re-conditioned to good working order to last.

**DO NOT BUY FROM AVENTIS SYSTEMS**

I bought this Dell Lattitude E7270 Laptop for work off of Amazon. The title and description of the product described the Laptop having an i7 core processor. I also paid for expedited shipping. However, I didn’t end up receiving the Laptop until about 2 days after the expected delivery date and I only live one state away from their location. Once I opened the box and reviewed the Laptop specs, I discovered that it had an i5 core processor instead of an i7. I called their customer service line and informed them of what happened. They admitted that they sent me the wrong laptop, but did not have anymore i7 ones in stock. They told me to just return the one I have. No apologies, no fix arounds, and really poor customer service. I returned the laptop promptly, but had to ask Amazon to request my refund. I wouldn’t of given them this review if they accommodated more and actually cared.
