SCAMMERS. I had originally wrote a review before giving them an opportunity to correct the issue but they have failed to correct the issue. I’m a licensed and bonded dealer and they will not update my credentials so I can go to auction. Went though their ridiculously outdated process to set up my dealership license and it doesn’t work. It was like going back in time 20 years ago using a website designed in basic. Im very technologically savvy and the problems are on their end. If I wasn’t forced to pay $103 or it worked this wouldn’t be a problem. But this company is just a waste. Not sure what purpose they serve other than a waste of time and money. Note to auction houses - look to better service providers because you’re losing business because of this company who doesn’t allow your customers access.
