Placed an expedited order on 12/8/2023 which got processed on 1/7/2024. If 4 weeks is expedited, these guys just need to shutter their company. Part of the Legal Zoom online service.

We have used Attorney's Corporation Service for many years but for all our certificates we need a legend reference 25102(h) on each certificate and for an additional fee of $6.50-$7 ACS will stamping the legend on each certificate. We always just stamped our legend on ourselves with a rubber stamp but now our stamp is outdated and wanted to just have ACS place the legend for the additional $7. Unfortunately their language has not been updated so the language for their usual legend for 25102(h) reads "Commissioner of Corporations" which there is no such person any longer. Dept. of Corporations is now called Department of Financial Protection and Innovation so there is now a Commissioner of Department of Financial Protection and Innovation. We cannot use their services or have to buy another stamp. So unfortunate. I am now shopping for a new corporate records company who has an updated legend. Feel sad and disappointed.

My experience with Attorneys Corp Service has been nothing but piss-poor. They've done a catastrophically bad job of customer service for the simplest of tasks. They don't follow up when they say they will, and they've handled my business with carelessness and disdain. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for another such service because these guys have been a never-ending, unnecessary headache. Stay away.

I am using their service for years. I have my account with them. Submitting request through their website sucks really. I have been trying to reserve name for my client for past one hour and is not going anywhere. Another thing sucks about their website is they don't have forgot my password or reset my password. Their website is awfully slow.
