Wow, this was a phenomenal phone-shopping experience. My wife and I finally decided to leave T-Mobile after almost twelve years with them, and so far we couldn't be happier. Kanion, the employee who helped us, was absolutely amazing. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable, and he spent FOUR HOURS making sure that we got everything we wanted. First and foremost, this AT&T location has consistently been the best store in Orange County for my family and me. We have always had a positive experience, thanks to the knowledgeable advisors.
What prompted me to write this review is Christopher. He was incredibly helpful in addressing some serious privacy concerns we had. He provided us with actionable steps to take and demonstrated professionalism, intelligence, and thoroughness throughout our interaction.
Christopher truly deserves a raise, and I want to highlight that everyone at this store whom I have encountered over the years has been exceptional.

I was ready to upgrade my IPhone 13 to an IPhone 16 and Natalia has helped my family and I through the whole process. I HIGHLY recommend her and if I could give her more stars I would! She has been extremely kind, helpful, patient, funny, and more! My parents and I had A LOT of questions and she answered all of them! Not only did she answer all of them, she was very understanding and sweet about it and never made us feel like a burden. The manager of the Ladera Ranch location,Justin, was extremely helpful and spent time to find a solution for my issues.This was a 5 Star service which is rare to encounter nowadays. He was very creative to find a way around when the regular options didn't work as expected. Thank you Justin, I will without a doubt recommend your location to my friends and family

I may be wrong, but buying a new cell phone, or even upgrading one, may be more painful than going to the dentist and more time consuming than buying a new car...

All that said, I highly recommend heading to the AT&T store in Ladera Ranch if you're looking for quality customer care and a clean, comfortable environment to make a purchase of an AT&T product.

More impressive than the store, the people.

Manager Justin was polite enough to assist me in a kind and caring manner, hearing me out and answering my questions even though I was (I thought) likely to head to Costco to make the additions (I didn't).

Kudos to Fallon as well. Once I made the purchase, rather than a hard sell on add ons, she discussed the value in adding one particular option (a screen protector guaranteed for life) and after hearing her thoughts, I was convinced. Not by a hard sell, rather, a consultative approach.

People are the difference makers in the world we live in today. The people at AT&T in Ladera are good ones and I am glad I had the opportunity to work with them!
