Not sure if they have something against me, but they try to cancel every study I was participating in. In December I was in a vaccine study where the appointment was set in Dec 30 2 weeks in advanced, only for them to cancel the appointment 2 days prior because the study was postponed. They told me they’ll call me in a few weeks, but that didn’t happen. Then 2 months later they reached out about another study. This one when I came to the appointment on Feb 25, they said the vaccine isn’t available and send me home, rescheduling to Mar 6. And now, today Mar 4, they texted me saying the cohort is closing and need me there tomorrow or they’re gonna cancel me? No one can just come to your place on such short notice. Like they didn’t feel the need to notify me earlier in the week? This place is super flaky and horrible. They’ll play on your patience a lot.

Staff is excellent and friendly. I enjoyed my visit. Nishma was amazing and so polite. She was very knowledgeable. Darren did great on drawing my blood. Ariana was so sweet at the front. I really enjoyed the phone call as well. Overall a great experience!!

The whole experience was wonderful! Any concerens or reservations I had quickly melted away. They were all professional, informative and friendly. I have to mention 3 incredible people: Nishma, Darren and Estevan were a delight! They were a great dose of professionalism, caring and yes... fun!

My exper at Artemis Research was very pleasant. You are greeted with a smile from the beginning to the end. My personal contact person was Estevan. Very wonderful young man, pleasant attitude, excellent demeanor, very informative. Very knowledgeable of the research and the necessary steps to complete the process. Great smile. I was by a neighbors daughter for the study, at first I was a little adamant about needles and had many questions. Ariana calmed my nerves as I didn't know what to expect. I have to admit she was soo courteous, considerate & professional. Then Gabby another jewel, was very patient, knowledgeable, Respectful and professional as well. Then I met Darren, (Phlebotomist) who was absolutely Excellent, such a Pro with a great attitude.
I would also include the young man who scheduled my appt. Was exceptional as well. You have an "A" Team representing you.

The lab tech that took my blood sample was great! I don’t recall his name it was something like Darius. He was really good I always have a hard time getting my blood drawn they can never get it the first time but he did!
