We had to call into the company on Friday to ask some questions about a payroll error made by our supervising home provider. Melissa, who answered the phone, was very rude to me. She spoke to my husband first, and then I had more questions for her regarding what is happening with the changes in their system. She answered my question and then proceeded to tell me that this is all the home providers issue and I'd have to contact that person and hung up on me without even asking if i was all set or if I had more questions/ if there was anything else she could help me with. It is true regarding the issue we had that we needed to speak to the home provider, however I needed to ask her more questions about EVV and needed help with that system. When I tried to call back the wait time was 30 minutes and I had to go because I don't have the ability to sit on hold that long twice in a day. Very frustrating. Very rude. Very unprofessional.

Staff are short and rude. Their time sheet system is outdated and slow. They don't provide the current year paperwork on their website which delays the hiring process and the time it takes to process is absurd. Sent all my paperwork in mid December, was "officially" hired January 6th (for the same client I have had for over 7 years and I have two other clients) and sent in my direct deposit form with all my paperwork and they sent a paper check, which still hasn't arrived.

Edit 10/1. Again more problems. Lol. Always the employees faults. Lying crooked people. Will lodge another formal complaint
So far they are inept at their jobs. Not a fan.
Edit. Closed on a Friday with no holiday. Absolutely terrible at returning calls. Have left ten messages with not one return call. I am going to file a formal grievance

Where should I begin? Perhaps with the fact that I had to fill out the paperwork four times, and two of those times I was informed after everything was submitted that I couldn't use the person for various reasons. Then there's the issue with the Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) system, which hardly works half the time. To top it off, I haven't been paid for nearly a year of work due to glitches with the timesheets. It feels pointless at this point; it seems like they purposely make things complicated to avoid paying out any money. When I try to call for clarification, I'm told they can only communicate with the employer, not me. Overall, it's been an enormous waste of time.

This is the worse pay roll company that I am forced to use for my special needs children. I can’t hire anyone because they all hate this company. They are unreliable they switched to EVV and sent me links that caused spam on my phone and computer and can’t even sign into their system. It sucks that we are stuck using Aris as that’s where the funds come from for respite.

Manger doesn’t know how to talk to people. Customer service honey is NOT your thing. Try imagining not getting paid for THREE MONTHS. Can’t imagine working with Kate. Very rude and belittling over the phone and really bad at answering questions. However the other individuals spoken to over the phone were kind and understanding with the frustrations of not being paid for so long. Wouldn’t recommend, too much hassle just to get a pay check. AS of right now my paycheck is almost two days late. No phone call, no email, no notice that we wouldn't be getting paid, just NOTHING. THEN, I'm getting calls that my automatic payments and bills failed to come out due to there being no funds in that account, which HAD I KNOWN I WOULD HAVE MOVED MONEY and now I have 120 bucks in FEES that I have to pay that could have been avoided with a small phone call, or email. TODAY I got my pay stub in the mail stating I got paid, when i did not actually get paid. When you are responsible for so many people's money, you should at least have the common decency to call them and let them know what is conspiring. When it will be fixed etc.
