Chris has been a life saver when it comes to all of my computer fixes and needs. Most recently he has coordinated my move from XP to Windows 7 via a new computer upgraded at the same time. I was much relieved when I didn't have to heed the dire warnings about the continuation of using XP. Prior to that I purchased a commercial sized printer/scanner/copier to use in my home office. He got that done so I was, in a matter of hours, able to run my real estate business like a pro. When I would encounter various minor fixes or procedures I was not sure about I communicated with him via text, email, voice mail and the phone. He was very prompt in getting back to me and talked me through many of the fixes that I am not trained to do. Chris has been so valuable to me and he always takes care of things without talking down to me and making me feel like the amateur I am. I am one of his biggest fans and would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or colleagues who would benefit greatly by using his expertise.
