Desperate to make an appointment for the COVID-19 shot for my husband and myself (81 and 75) without Internet capabilities, I called your office yesterday morning, left a message; my call was returned that afternoon. Donna was so very kind explaining that you could no longer offer sign up help to those of us who did not have the Internet. I did ask her that if my Internet did not return before my need to ck the MyMotherlode.com new appointment scheduling, what should I do? I explained that I was on the waiting list from the 1st inoculation weekend, and she said that the waiting list was my best chance as they would use that before any new scheduling, but to call her back today to see if she had more info. I did so, after learning there would be no new scheduling 'til the end of the week (on the A.H website), and Donna called me back tho' she is still awaiting word from Adv. Health. Just before she called me back, I was scheduled on the phone for 2 slots on Sunday. I was able to share that good news with her. She is a very valuable contact person, and I hope she will be thanked and rewarded. She calmed me down instantly with her caring concern!!
