I'd caution any small to medium sized businesses to do your due diligence on picking a Managed Service Provider. I found them hard to engage with in the beginning, and I should have taken that as a sign. I'd had them work up a quote for a solution and the numbers didn't add up. I reached out to the Technology Vendor who supplies the product and shared the dollar amount for implementation with them and they were floored.
