I work at the San Diego Zoo. This is an unofficial review from a front line worker. THIS SYSTEM SUCKS. It is slow. It crashes often. It is not user friendly. It is not intuitive. I have been working with the system for about 5 weeks and nothing has gotten better despite having an on-site support team. I wish the Zoo would go back to its previous system.
