We work with many printer vendors, but I will say that Atlanta Office Technologies, Inc (AOT) gets it right every time. We have experienced large deployments (50 - more) with them and all deployments are smooth and error free. Also, when we our customers call them, they are always there the same day and their response times are the best in the industry. I truly recommend AOT as the go to printer vendor.

As a customer for over a year now, I have to boast on AOT and their exceptional customer service. Dave Collier and Jesse Long have been very instrumental in working with our company to transition our copiers/printers over to AOT and the process was seamless. After install we have been pleasantly surprised by their quick response to any issues we may have and the best benefit they offer is we no longer have to call and order toner or report monthly copy counts for our machines. Great company to lease equipment with. We are working with the Indianapolis location. They are thorough and are very helpful when you need it. I worked with Jim in the beginning and I believe another gentlemen after our initial set up and he worked for a couple hours with me, even going as far as updating our computer remotely to ensure that we had everything working.
