Does not really represent what amazon as retailer does. The games are of low quality and only selling point is the graphics. The newest publication by this company has very very questionably predatory business model.

Horrible as a gaming company. They are losing trust in the gaming community due to their lack of ability to do anything about bots in their games. It's such a shame that great games like New World and Lost Ark are bleeding out and yet nothing is being done to stop the bleeding. Hopefully they can figure things out soon before they create a reputation within the gaming community as a company that ruins games.

First time here, dropping in unannounced and the staff was so Awesome. The front desk person and the security were so nice and made me feel really welcomed.

I have played 475 hours in they game "New world" and i get a perma ban. As i always respect the rules without cheating i think i finally put one foot in a bug maybe in a maket i dont know. I have never intentionnally exploited bug or using cheat software because i love this game.. before. Now i try contest but Amazon Game Studios dont care of me so... it is unfair but it is what it is. Now i think go COD or battefield 2042 and i will never play Amazon games again.
