Brought back merchandise that did not work. Collin had to walk to the back of the store to speak with another employee. Then check 3 different registers before he could provide my $24.79 refund. Claimed their store policy they could not go below $xx.xx amount in their register drawers.. Wow! He could look at the drawer and know how much money was in each drawer! Impressive Collin! $24.79 is really gonna leave you that short? Wow just wow

I am not a super electrician I only have a basic understanding of how a few things work I was trying to repair an antenna on a wireless mic belt pack. I asked the associate Jacob for his opinion on repair and his expertise probably saved me $200 or more in replacement. He was able to help me fix the antenna professionally. His knowledge was incredible and I am extremely impressed. At the end of the day I spent less than $10 to repair something that should have cost 200. Thank you Jacob.

I was searching for fuses and was recommended by the 3 auto parts store to go to Altex. They had the fuses and many more like items. Staff was busy but quick to go directly to me after the finished a transaction. I will return,the staff may me feel welcomed about a $.95 purchase.👏

My son and I took our laptops in. My son went first. I patiently sat until they were done. Then I got up and my son put my laptop on the counter. The guy just walked off. He went out in the store to help someone else.
The other guy finished and said let's see who was next. I said I am. He also walked out into the store. I had been waiting a good 20 mins and told my son to take my laptop back to the car and we left. They never acknowledged me. I am on oxygen with a mask. I am done with this place. Their customer service is horrible.
