Alltech is amazing. They really care about their customers and they take the time to provide the best service. If there is something that requires any amount of research, they will put the time in to make sure they are doing everything the correct way for you.

They have put in business WiFi systems for me, they have installed managed antivirus, and I have seen their custom work when installing and managing full networks and firewalls. If you need managed IT and Networking for your business, you cannot go wrong with these guys.

Honestly, the owner Jeff really takes the time to make sure his clients are happy with the service. You can tell by the way he responds to any of these reviews that are less than 5 stars... He just wants to help and make sure that all of his clients are getting the service they need.

I know I have always felt like my needs have been met while working with Jeff and his team. Outstanding Service!

These guys s are well versed in the technology, forensic, and data recovery field! They helped recover lost photos for me and backing up my data, and continues to be reoccurring source I rely on for their knowledge and skill as other technical issues arise.
Utah Data Recovery had a couple years with less than ideal management (where they dabbled in the field but really didn't understand the field, business, or customer care) when the Business was sold by one of the original owners a couple years ago; but fast forward to today it looks as though that's changed hands to a much more knowledgeable team, helping it get back to where it was before. I am thrilled to see it making headway again and in assisting customers in their time of need.

My WiFi is constantly down. When I first had them install my WiFi, they didn’t connect the satellite to my roof all the way. It took me calling everyday and leaving numerous voicemails. After a month they finally came out and fixed it. Rude customer service, looking for a different provider now.

These guys are a complete joke. We have had them for years only because they are the only option we have and they know it. Tried every other option. Our internet is terrible. It’s barely fast enough during the day to do anything. You might as well not even try nights and weekends. We’ve called in over and over again with the same results. Every time they say their technicians will look at it. They say they made some tweaks and for us to do a speed test. Speed test comes back good so we hang up. 30 mins later back to not having any internet. Same thing every time we call and complain. We are on a 15mbps plan and are getting less than 1mbps. I would do dial up before using them if that were an option. Run the other way if your thinking about using them.

We do have issues with the internet from time to time. When we have problems there customer service is great and quickly fixed. The value for wireless internet in our location is great. Thanks guys

I have a hard time raiting this place the staff were all friendly and informative but the pricing was outrageous and it took them over a month to tell me wether they could recover my data then shocked me with the price of getting that data.
