This IS THE WORSE BANK GET TOUR MONEY OUT NOW !!! I requested a new card paid the fee now They are denying me access to my funds. Telling me I reached my virtual card limit. I can only DO WIRE TRANSFERS Which are charged by both bank and I have to wait 5-7 days before it goes through. These people added that rule randomly I read it. IT WAS NOT IN MY CONTRACT UPON SIGNING UP. THEY ARE A SCAM AND FRAUDULENT !!!; THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY & SELL YOUR ACCOUNT !! Called Banking but CHARGE CRAZY FEES FOR SENDING MONEY TO OTHERS. This bank is a major scam.

They charge monthly service fees to students. California schools use bankMobile that most their customers are students. So, students have to pay the service fee or DEPOSIT $300 and more out of their pocket EVERY MONTH to avoid service fee monthly. This bank do not include financial aid funds and other funds from school to be eligible as deposit for waiving service fee. Paying monthly service fee is the only option, either parents deposit $300 monthly or must work.

Customer service is ran by foreign companies, you WILL have to call at some point to talk to them and won't get anywhere. The ATM may or may not work, who knows why 🤷🏽 customer service doesn't. This bank is a predatory company going after college students, the first chance I get I will be taking the money out of this account and put it in my regular bank.

garbage straight up trash they should not even be allowed to be a bank. I have been on hold for two hours waiting to talk to someone for them to unlock my card that they locked for no reason this bank has horrible customer service and they are trash all around. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED BANK.

Customer service very rude as well as supervisors called as directed by financial aide manager because mybrefund is over 24 hrs and they say they haven't gotten can get no help just send me to automated message I hate being forced to use they're business customer service not helpful at all if you have a choice stay far fat away

Bank mobile one of the horrible banks to bank with this is the worst bank to even apply at they charge to have money sitting in the bank like that makes no sense at all our schools needs to do a better job and apply at real banks like wells Fargo or chase instead of this poor quality bank

Customer service is impossible to get a hold of, won't accept certain addresses, and digital card is borderline useless for students trying to get bare essentials outside of ordering online.
