I’ve had this tablet for well over a year and to date have only received two payments. They have no tech support number and only offer support via email. Twice this week, I’ve sent email complaints regarding the pay issue and as of now have not heard back from this company. Also their Miami phone number is disconnected…do business with these people at your own peril.

I tried calling that I sent the messages. They have not responded back to me. I only got paid once buy them and that was about a year ago and I have this tablet in my car. I’m starting to really wonder if this company is really legit they seem to have a lot of problems paying their drivers.

Please proceed with caution.

This company offers a free Tablet to ride share drivers in order to earn an extra income while on the road.

It seems as this company expected to deliver more then they could offered.

I have had my Tablet installed in my vehicle since October of 2021 and not one payment has been issued.

Not only have I not received a payment but I have gotten emails and calls claiming that payments would be rolling out soon and there was even a date given for the payment that also was not fulfilled.

I have attempted to communicate thoroughly through email with out a response.

There are reviews on Alfi’s Facebook page and most of them seem fake because the comment are mostly of people stating and making the same claims I have made above.

Our Next step is contacting the BBB to report this business and their unconventional and dishonest business practices.

To anyone looking at this company as a potential to earn please reconsider and save yourself some time.

Their tablet is not even programmed. Sitting in my car doing nothing. It does not interact with anyone and there are no commercials played for ppl from different venues or restaurants. IDK

Tablet does not but display the loading screen then goes blank. Tried calling them but no way to get in touch with anybody. Emailed them 4 times already no response?
