Our business has worked with Alaska Technical Solutions for years. Their whole team is great to work with; they are very professional and extremely responsive to our needs. We hold medical travel clinics throughout Southeast Alaska and I can't count the number of times Jason has saved our clinics when something went awry with our equipment. We would be lost without their help and we cannot recommend them enough! Southeast Alaska is extremely lucky to have such great IT support available locally.

Alaska Technical Solutions is top notch. Will, Leo, and crew are incredibly patient, kind, efficient and professional. Their follow up after the sale is outstanding. Will Judy and his team are wonderful to work with. They handle complex issues and communicate in a way that is understood by those of us who are not ”techy.” They work proactively and collaboratively with us to avoid emergencies, and mobilize quickly when emergencies occur. Added bonus is that the entire team is very customer service oriented and an excellent group of humans to share space with.
