The actual service when it worked was better than AT&T DSL but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They are all about telling you that they only work 9:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday and they have holidays off. When you are in the service industry you do not have banking hours.

It's better than nothing. If you have no choice except for satellite internet then it's a little better than the other terrible choices but if there's a storm then it will knock internet access out for a week sometimes longer and the company won't compensate you for it. Better than nothing but if I had more options for the area I live In then I'd switch in a heart beat.

Don't use this company. Terrible wifi. Always down, always and excuse. The management is FUN and the secretary his wife is a lovely person to deal with....no sarcasm at ALLLLLL. STAY AWAY!

It's a scam, they cancelled my service, and are still trying to bill me for no service and have essentially dumped their equipment here because no one has reached out to me to retrieve it. I'm debating wether or not to reach out to government officials because I just don't know what to do at this point.

I had cancel my internet Jan. 27th then was billed the next day. They did give me part of my money back but not all of it. I have sent message after message asking for it back and asking them to message me back. I have got nothing back and have not been paid. I had Airfi for over 2 years was never late paying them. I some times when hours or days and there was a week i didn't have any internet. Never got any back from them but they still took my money. The message when thing were out was it was not something they did. It was always someone else . Now they will not return any messages. I feel very used by them and only want my money that they took after i had canceled. All of it back not just a part of it. I use to tell people about them and never ask for anything for when friends when with them. Now i feel sorry for them and me.

Worst internet service provider I have ever dealt with. Internet goes down multiple times a week for days at a time. I don’t bother reaching out to them though, all you will get is a childish attitude.

Can’t wait until real fiber optic rolls out this year, I will gladly cancel this “service.”

Airfi, has refused to provide a signed copy of my contract. Refused to tell me when my contract ended then charged an early termination fee when I closed my account. I have been with them for over 3 years. The internet service from Airfi is unreliable at best. The service was a fraction of the speed promised. Any issue in weather knocked the system out for days. Customer service is non existent. When you do finally get someone they are unresponsive, unknowledgeable and sometimes just completely uncaring. I try to support local businesses but Airfi, at this time, is not a business to spend your money with. Use any internet service provider other than Airfi. Google rural internet providers. There are other options.

Extremely honest company that will test your reception for free, and turn down your business if they don't think they can give you quality service. A business you can trust these days is very hard to come by. Ziggy Clark is the best!
